Vendor/Booth Fee Schedule
Business/Individual Rates
For Profit Vendor – PRIME $110 gives you one of the best locations in the Festival.
For Profit Vendor - $90 is for profit vendors.
Non Profit Vendor/Political – $60 non profit organizations that intend to sell items.
Non Profit Groups - $30 non profit organizations setting up as an information booth.
***All booths must have CANOPY***
Booth Space Description/Information
• Setup starts at 8:00am and your booth should be operational by 10:30am.
• The Festival starts at 11:00am and runs until 6:00pm.
• Tear down starts at 6:00pm – 7:00pm and cleanup must be completed on the night of the festival.
• Vehicles will be allowed inside the gates for drop off and pick up ONLY. We ask that you
drop off your supplies, go park your vehicle, and return to set up.
• Each space is limited to a 10 ft x 10 ft area.
• All vendors must provide their own table, chairs and CANOPY.
• Booths and contents should be pleasing to the eye, professional, and well maintained.
• Please pay attention to your assigned location.
• Please make sure your canopies are anchored as the beach tends to be windy. You will
be on concrete, so we recommend sand bags.
• No alcoholic beverages can be sold by vendors. No exceptions.
• No BBQ under the canopies due to fire regulations.
• No glass containers are allowed on the lot.
• All Vendors and exhibitors are required to breakdown and cleanup their individual
Exhibits and spaces.
All vendors receive 4 entrance tickets.
The City of Oceanside requires that the lot be left in the same condition as it was when we
arrived. The future availability of this venue is dependent upon the condition in which we
return it.
